Leeds United want to sign Rafinha from Barcelona

According to Sport, Leeds United is keen to sign Rafinha Alcantara from Barcelona in the summer transfer window. The Spanish publication has announced that the promoted Premier League club has had talks on the Brazilian’s move with the Spanish and European giants.

The international Brazil midfielder, 27, is reportedly ready to move to the Premier League. Rafinha, whose brother Thiago is playing for Bayern Munich, spent the last season on loan at Celta de Vigo, scoring four goals and providing one assist in 29 La Liga games, WhoScored said.

Leeds are getting ready for Premier League life. This is the first time since 2004 the West Yorkshire club will be competing in English football’s top flight. The Whites already signed in the summer transfer window on Germany’s central defender Robin Koch from Freiburg and Spain ‘s international striker Rodrigo from La Liga outfit Valencia.
