Mahmoud Ahmed Ibrahim Hassan

Mahmoud Ahmed Ibrahim Hassan was born in October 1994 in the city of Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt and was nicknamed Trezeguet because of his play style which has some resemblance with that of David Trezeguet.

Mahmoud is a product of the top-tier Egyptian club, Al Ahly and currently plays for the English Premier League side, Aston Villa.

He started his senior career in 2012 and ever since then, has played for the Egyptian national teams (both senior and under-aged) He’s also a product of Al Ahly and won the Egyptian Premier League title with them in 2013-14 season.

Ahmed is the most regular midfielder of the Egyptian national team and also doubles as the most capped international football player of Egypt with 184 international appearances.

Hossam Hassan
