West Brom wants to sign defender Danny Rose from Spurs

West Brom boss Sam Allardyce is desperate to sign Danny Rose from Tottenham Hotspur this month, according to reports from The Sun.

In Jose Mourinho’s first-team plans, the 29-times-capped England international is not. He is without a squad number, and this month is likely to end his 13-year association with the club in north London.
In order to keep himself fit, the article says that Rose has ‘knuckled down in training’ and appeared in many Under-23 fixtures for Spurs.

Till the end of the season, the 30-year-old has a deal at the club which could be canceled by mutual consent.

In defense, the Baggies aim to add more depth and consistency and Allardyce has assigned Rose as a potential choice. To make way for his future arrival, they may have to offload Kieran Gibbs.

Rose, however, has plenty of admirers. He is interested in Newcastle United, though Spanish and German top-flight clubs are both willing to obtain his signature. And to revive his future, the left-back needs to move abroad.
